                              RESOLUTION NO. 21492
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
                 ENGINEERING SERVICES CONTRACT WITH CONSOLIDATED
                 TECHNOLOGIES, INC., RELATIVE TO THE PHASE I CAP
                 - STAGE A AT SUMMIT LANDFILL, FOR AN AMOUNT NOT
                 TO EXCEED THREE HUNDRED THIRTY-EIGHT THOUSAND,
                 TWO HUNDRED FORTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($338,245.00).
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of an Engineering Services Contract with Consolidated
       Technologies, Inc., relative to the Phase I Cap - Stage A at
       Summit Landfill, for an amount not to exceed $338,245.00.
